Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
Eligible: Unopened items in original packaging, clothing with tags attached, accessories and non-intimate items.
Not Eligible: Opened intimate products, items marked as final sale, items without original packaging.
How to Return

- Receive a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Ship using provided label or your preferred carrier
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
International Shipping
